Arsenal are reportedly preparing another push to sign RB Leipzig winger Antonio Nusa when the January transfer window opens.
The Gunners are believed to be looking for further attacking reinforcements, particularly on the left side, and Nusa has emerged as one of the club’s main targets.
The 21-year-old has impressed with his ability to play with pace, take on defenders and create opportunities in the final third. Those qualities have reportedly made him an attractive option for Arsenal as they look to add more competition and depth to their attack.
According to reports from CaughtOffside, Arsenal are expected to make another attempt for Nusa after previously showing interest in the Norway international.
Nusa’s versatility could also appeal to Arsenal, with the winger capable of operating in different attacking positions. His pace and direct style could give Mikel Arteta another option when facing teams that sit deep.
However, Nusa is not the only attacking player being considered by the north London club.
Arsenal continue to keep an eye on Juventus star Kenan Yildiz, while Real Madrid’s Arda Guler, Atletico Madrid forward Julian Alvarez and Bournemouth youngster Eli Junior Kroupi have also been mentioned as potential targets.
The wide range of names on Arsenal’s radar suggests the club are exploring several possibilities before deciding on their preferred option for January.
For now, Nusa appears to have moved high up the list, with Arsenal reportedly preparing to test Leipzig’s resolve once the transfer window opens.
Whether the German club would be willing to part with the talented winger remains to be seen, but Arsenal’s renewed interest could make Nusa one of the names to watch closely during the January transfer window.
